I waited nearly 1 week for installation support. There was no response. Finally due to lack of time, I have do on my own. very poor response.
Do not buy this product. Try for others whose container is Good.

the biggest problem is they have holes everywhere, which allows cockroaches to get inside and fall into the water every now and then. this becomes so common that we are so frustrated that we have decided to throw away this and take a local RO system. When contacting the Kent, they say, they cannot help, but to spray the cockroaches replant. How in this world can we drink the cockroach replant which gets mixed with the water ad that to in a house where have many kids.

The best machine i have ever come

This is very much true, install the machine to know how pure is kent water
RO: Removes even Dissolved Impurities like Arsenic, Rust, Pesticides, Fluorides etc. besides removing Bacteria and Viruses.
UF: Removes Bacteria and Cysts.
UV: For double purification, totally kills remaining Bacteria and Viruses.
TDS: Controller: Maintains essential Natural Minerals in the purified water.
A very good product. absolutely recommend it.

I have been using this product for several months now. Found no issues what so ever. I purchased this product after a good amount of research. This is one of few water purifier which has UF along with RO & UV. Emphasizing on UF (ultra filtration) because it is better than UV and the most effective way to filter out harmful microbes and some large solid wastes. Since our bhor water was little saltier and the municipal supply was murkier during rainy season i had to go for UF + RO. Actually there is one little flaw in the water flow, some amount of water flows directly from RO to TDS without going through the UF, which will transport microbes not killed by UV. UF should be placed after the UV. Hope the Kent engineers notice this and fix. If your water supply is sweet & clean enough then i recommend going only for UF based purifiers, preferably gravitational, since it is the cheapest and most effective.

I took my time before writing a review about this product. I have been using it for last 3 months and I am very much satisfied with the product.
Someone has mentioned in his reviews that the tap got broken in one week. This is wrong. Tap is fitted into the plastic body. It is delicate so, you should be careful when you start or stop the tap. In my case, I didn't encounter any issue with the tap.
The TDS level at my location is 254 which is not very high.
I think that it was a wise decision to buy this product.
